SUCCESS: iPhone 12 mini from iOS 14.1 -> iOS 15.1.1 after dozens of attempts over the past few days. All I changed was that I used a USB-A Adapter to USB-C and used an old USB-A lightning connector. That did the trick tho. Phew! Signing windows for Face ID compatible SEP is just about to close too.

The device hasn't rebooted or finish filling the bar. I don't know what went wrong or what to do and I'm pretty sure I F up pressing stop FT on the GUI when it said updating baseband but nothing was happening for about 30 minutes wait..

It did say FT process ended so I didn't think there would be any process left as again nothing in the Terminal was being displayed only the GUI said current process "updating Baseband"
