ihave another problem im hopeing i can get help with... when i got my iphone 12 i cloned my old iphone 11 over on to it however.... my 11 was jailbroken and now my 12 is on ios 14.5 beta and storage is low due to the "other" folder being 38.66gb. i need to get that storage back but i dont know if im going to be able to future restore when technically my iphone isnt jailbroken.

Prior to coming here, I posted in a few places and was advised of different methods of doing OTA. so this tutorial by @celest basalt seems pretty streamlined and looks easiest. I ultimately would like to set up my iPhone as a new phone before re-jailbreaking with Unc0ver once I'm 14.8. In the tutorial, it begins with "Don't back up if your jailbroken" - and that's throwing me as prior to posting here I had just made a backup of my jailbroken iPhone.
Is it safe to go ahead and follow the instructions for Jailbroken devices if I've just made a backup before starting? I just want to double-check things before starting to ensure success and lessen the chance of a boot loop.
Also, if I want to remove supervision afterwards, can I just use General-->erase all contents and settings? or is Configurator 2 the best method?

Hey there. I just successfully used SupervisedEnabler and upgraded from 13.5 to 14.8 successfully. I installed it over the top of my data and all looks good and Cydia is working so far. If I want to remove the management profile and keep my data (ie. not restore to blank), what are the steps to take? I'm not sure if it's as easy as just removing the profile from Profiles & Device management, or if its more involved?
