idk I want to make a "ridiculous" theory about how OTA might not update SEP if it's compatible with their current (to save download and installation time), or maybe they iPSW'ed or FutureRestore'd to 14.3 so they have 14.3 SEP and OTA'd to 14.4.2, so SEP didn't change and thus isn't downgrading

the idea is: you have blobs but SEP/BB is incompatible
and you'd get SEP/BB blobs with delayed OTA
but that's not really feasible currently
