do not know why, but it seems rsync is refusing to delete "non-empty directory". After googling it, this happens when you've blacklisted a file inside a directory, the directory won't be deleted. However, I have not blacklisted that many files, so idk what's going on there.

in 1.4.2, there is now at least handling if it happens (succession will immediately stop trying to restore the device so that you don't end up with some crazy half-resotred state and notify the user of the error), but as soon as I implemented that, I have yet to be able to successfully reproduce the issue (I don't think it's resolved as I didn't "do" anything with the intention of solving it, but maybe 🤞)

This leads to all child processes being spawned as mobile. Attaching, mounting, and rsync all require root. This is the root cause of #44 and #84

Possible resolutions of this issue are to:

Make sure succession is actually running as root. (I'm not sure what else I can do at this point)
Make succession run as mobile, and get root temporarily (I'll probably end up doing this)
(2) can be accomplished securely using a number of different ways:

I could add Cydia's cydo as a wrapper for succession to get root (succession is already GPL so there no issue there)
I could add Zebra's supersling as a wrapper (same thing there with GPL
I could use SnapBack's solution for this, creaturesurvive's iAmGRoot
Currently I'm thinking of using Zebra's because it's pure C (which is easier for me to read, although I do need to learn C++ at some point soon for a different project) and I don't have to work around coolstar intentionally breaking it (which he did with cydo).
