Following @zealous bridge instructions i successfully restored 13.5 a13 to 14.3 with all my data
1- you need original cable
2- uninstall any itunes you installed and uninstall all apple drivers ( plug device and Uninstall them all from device manger )
3- download last iTunes from apple website ( not Microsoft Store )
4- make sure to match your apnonce with your blob ( simply open your shsh blob file with txt and find generator and match it with your device )
5- download last version of futurerestore v194 (windows)
