Additionally, these tools are limited as to what they can modify. While certain Springboard tweaks (such as those that modify the lock screen or home screen) and app tweaks work, overall tweak compatibility may be limited. Furthermore, tweaks that require the use of daemons (system processes that run in the background), such as Crane and Aemulo, will not work with any current semi-jailbreak.

Finally, due to the requirement of a userland PAC bypass in iOS 17.0, it is unlikely that any semi-jailbreak will be released for iOS 17.0 soon after a kernel exploit is released. To add to that, as SPTM now manages userland PAC, it may be that semi-jailbreaks will never support A15+ devices on iOS 17.0.

Trollstore and the peristence helper would both get uninstalled

But going into trollstore > settings and pressing on uninstall trollstore and removing your persistence helper is safer

How to uninstall (Roothide) Bootstrap and Serotonin

1. Disable ALL apps in the App List.

• CVE-2023-42849: PPL bypass found by Linus patched in 17.1
• CVE-2023-42974: race condition that could lead to arbitrary code exec at kernel level (don't know about the usefulness of this one since IOUSBDeviceFamily is technically kernel-level since it's a kernel extension) patched in 17.2

Currently using TrollStore on 15.4.1. Getting jailbreak detection only on this app. Tried choicy/shadow by jailbreaking with Dopamine but did not work. Even vnodebypass didn’t work. There is, tap on the app in TrollStore and there should be something like Change Registration

Keep in mind that these apps won't be able to be opened after the system rebuilds the icon cache

I was referring to apps not installed with trollstore like the appstore and setting and that is not possible as far as i could find

It does require a computer but wait until https://jailbreaks.app shows a green dot in the corner then install TrollInstallerX from there
