Ok guys, I’m in a little bit of a pinch, I really want TS bc then it’s just awesome, I’m on latest iOS 16, but could DelayOTA to 17.0, and wait for install method, I have questions though, this would be my main phone, which I’ve usually just stayed on the latest version so I don’t have vulnerabilities, how risky is it being on an old version as my daily driver? How easy for me to be hacked or whatever? Is their a TrollStore app to remove supervision after I DelayOTA? TS even on iOS 17 with all the changes to the dev disk images, has JIT? How glitchy is 17.0? I know it has the Bluetooth crash bug which would be a pain, but anything else?

i think most people especially in this subreddit keep their devices on older versions. im not a genius when it comes to that stuff, but im pretty sure iphones have been known to be secure. i dont think something as simple as being on an old version would get you hacked. you should be fine, the only thing people mostly care about when it comes to being on older versions is how stable the version is and features

although if you do have trollstore, i suppose it is possible to download a virus through it, but i haven't heard of that nor had it happen to me when i had trollstore in the past (i downloaded a ton of stuff lol), but an actual jailbreak ive heard can be riskier, but it really depends how you use it

On jailbroken iOS 14 when TrollHelper is used for installation, it is located in /Applications and will persist as a "System" app through icon cache reloads, therefore TrollHelper is used as the persistence helper on iOS 14.

Troll store is working, but after using a few of the apps from time to time, when I try to send an imessage with an image to somebody, it delivers to them as a blank message. Once I restart my phone I can send images just fine. Has anybody heard of this issue before? Could it be one of the third party apps that I'm using?
