Okay! Thank you all, I fixed this problem myself. In the options, select Verbose mode and Allow untested iOS, then as usual. The phone will reboot itself a couple of times, you need to wait a little longer than usual, it gave me the error USBMUX ERROR -92, but checkra1n was installed.

You can’t. Apple does not sign older versions now. You could find a phone on eBay or someplace with an older version on it still and use that instead.
