I want to update my iX from iOS 13.3 to the latest iOS and I'm willing to lose my jailbreak but I wanna do a clean update. My question is: how can I remove all the jailbreak related stuff without losing data? The term RootFS vaguely rings a bell but I'm not sure if that's the right idea. I will definitely back everything up but I believe that some tweaks will persist in the backup and carry to my jailed phone once I've updated so I'm trying to avoid simply restoring from backup.
