on A12 and above, blobs are mostly only useful if you stay on a lower jailbreakable version and then want to upgrade when a newer unsigned version gets a JB

Oh, previously I restored rootfs, which worked. Then I tried to rejailbreak to Taurine 1.0.4, and now I'm almost certain it is bootlooping. It gets stuck on the apple logo and occasionally shuts off and then gets stuck on the apple logo again.

Any ideas why YouTube keeps crashing? All 50 Youtube crashes (as well as every other crash in this screenshot) was caused by “exceeding jetsam memory limits”.

Other details: While YouTube sometimes crashes outright while using the application, most crashes seem to take place approx 15-30sec after switching applications while a YouTube video is playing in the background.

I have an iPad Air 2 (A8X) that was jailbroken with Checkra1n on 14.5.1. I downloaded a tweak a few days ago that restarted my iPad. From then, I had trouble getting it re-jailbroken. After many tries ending in error -20, I finally got into Safe Mode, removed the new tweak and restarted but when I tried to re-jailbreak, I couldn't. I backed up and restored, but that didn't help. I tried jailbreaking the iPad in its factory state, but that didn't help. I tried all the searching and troubleshooting I could think of. Today, I tried again using the "Skip A11 BPR check" option, and it worked. I got Cydia installed and started re-downloading my tweaks. At some point my iPad restarted itself, and now I'm back to the same position, unable to get into Safe Mode or get re-jailbroken. I have tried today about twenty times. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? I feel like either this is a bug between Checkra1n and iOS 14.7.1 or my iPad is seriously messed up, but I would have thought completely restoring my iPad to factory would have fixed that.

hey guys, im on ios 14 and i had to wipe my phone clean and rejailbreak from the start. I lost a tweak i forgot to write down and was hoping someone could help. Basically it was a custom buzzing notification tweak. On a certain app, when I got a notification, my phone would do a custom vibration pattern that I set. Does anyone know what tweak that is or something similar?

It looks like there's at least a Banner Sounds 13 that is reported as working on iOS 14.2, as per this Reddit thread. You might give that a shot. I'll see if I can find the correct repo for you.
