Any recommendations for a screen recording application I can use on a jailbroken iOS 9.3.5 device (iPhone 4S to be specific). I've looked into the old solutions like iRec and Display Recorder on Cydia, I've even looked into the side loading solutions that we had around back then as well like AirShou and what not, none of them seem to work, and you can't purchase Display Recorder obviously since purchases for it were disabled.

The App Store solutions seem to only work on devices as low as iOS 11. Which I kind of figured would be the case, but hey was worth a shot.

I have a question..

My iPhone was acting sketchy, it took forever to load my messages with one of my friends in iMessage, and once it did load, it only had shown the last message they sent.

So I went to my settings and was going to use the Dragspring tweak (which has worked without fail so far), swiped down on the settings screen, and it got stuck.

I haven’t recently installed any new tweaks that could have contributed to this problem, and so far, no tweaks have been conflicting thus far.

But my question is, if I let the battery drain with the state the phone is in right now, and it shuts off, theoretically, if I plug it in, it will come back on and I won’t have to restore rootfs, correct?

the encryption password comes from the device

To revert the jailbreak on your device, use the following methods:

Yes, not by choice though. Example, my iPhone 7 uses Unc0ver for the jailbreak, my iPhone 4S uses Phoenix, my iPad 4 uses h3lix (which is actually becoming harder to get these days sadly). All of which differ in sources, Phoenix in particular doesn't seem to carry extra sources outside the traditional, same thing for the h3lix, Unc0ver has sources for Cydia, I tried playing it cleverly by adding those sources to my iPhone 4S for example, updating the stuff though causes Cydia to just stop working, which I kind of expected given that is all new stuff (though should that even matter)?

So I'd rather get some answers from the horse's mouth on what I should have and shouldn't have. If you wish, I can list the sources that I got from Unc0ver the last time I used it. Supposedly those sources changed but there is no place that really tells what they use in detail for their default sources, not without re-installing all of that.

The thing is my Cydia versions are out of date on both my iPhone 4S and my iPad 4. They still rock 1.1.30, I should mention that I did somehow manage to update to 1.1.36 on both, had to deal with some 4S issues though so had to work on a clean slate again.
