I imagine you need to completely reinstall Odyssey and then restore rootFS again.

Yeah 13.1.3 with 6s is buggy as hell

Reinstall odyssey > hard reset > restore rootFS > jaikbreak > reinstall Cydia

Because when you reinstall it and try to JB again, Cydia will crash so you have to reinstall that again

2:use icleaner Pro to clean OTA CACHE,and another cache
