Went ahead with the following steps (was jailbroken on uncover):
Connected iphone to pc to create a back up
Followed steps to update to 14.3
Successfully followed steps to 14.3
Erased all as recommended
Connected iphone to restore old backup
Now I am stuck in a boot loop. If I try to force it out while connecting to itunes, it asks me to "restore and update" which I guess will force me to the latest ios? am I fucked and will be forced to go to the latest ios?
I am not sure if I rootfs before I did the initial backup. Is that a possible reason?

at one point I was able to get the phone to stop looping and just be "off" (unless it was accidentally in dfu mode) but as soon as I press power again it goes back to the loop. It's been this way for over 5 horus.

I followed the instructions on the big post, I hit update, download, and install. And then after two Apple loading bars, a black screen.
I force restart it, just thinking it needed a little help going into 14.3... and now I got the "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" screen.
iPhone 6s Plus in case that's needed.

Update, I did actually find 4 files associated with Keyboard Accio in the info folder. Deleted those. Took steps from an old guide to clear ram. Wasn't able to re-jailbreak with Taurine, turned airplane mode on, finally able to re-jb. Faulty tweak is still here

I got the same problem. Could you check /var/mobile/MobileSoftwareUpdate/restore.log, you might find similar log at the end of file: (maybe need jailbreak to get that file)
