Hey my ipad randomly boot looped one day and forced me to fix it with Itunes and Itunes forced me to update. After doing all that I get a the message that the Activation server cannot be reached

Is there a fix on my end?

how do i turn on OTA updates? i went as far as restore rootfs but my latest firmware is 14.1 and i cannot get it to change never turned them off in the first place i have no clue
