Not a genius but was this when you tried to use checkra1n and it failed in the middle of jailbreaking?
You might want to try checkra1n -c first, and if that doesn't work try a different device/cable

(iPhone12 jailbroken | iOS 14.1 | unc0ver 6.1.0) If my phone shuts down or the battery dies, all I had to do was open unc0ver and click to jailbreak it again, it would restart in a "Jailbroken" state.
After installing A-bypass, I realize that if I try to redo the jailbreak by unc0ver 10 times, he says that everything is ok but always reboots and returns without jailbreak.
My crazy fix: unload tweaks in unc0ver, rejailbreak, device returns as jailbroken but without tweaks, I need to reboot device manually, open unc0ver, switch on "load tweaks" again and rejailbreak, after the whole process works.
Can I be wrong or is it really caused by the A-Bypass? Is there anything I can do to keep using a-bypass and just do 1 rejailbreak if my device turns off?

How to save blobs on jailbroken devices
Prerequisites:

For unc0ver on iOS 14, update to 6.1.0 or newer and install libkrw from the Bingner repo.
For Taurine, install libKernRW from the Odyssey repo.
Then install TSS Saver from https://repo.1conan.com/, open it and press Save Blobs.
This will always save blobs for whatever versions are currently signed.

If you want to save blobs for an unsigned version you are currently on, get System Info from https://apt.arx8x.net/, go to Settings -> General -> About, swipe left on the ECID cell and press APTicket. (Note that onboard blobs are currently only confirmed to work for restores on A10 and lower.)

On unjailbroken devices
For A11 and lower, you can save blobs without a jailbreak on https://tsssaver.1conan.com/v2/ by entering your ECID which you can get from iTunes by clicking the serial number twice.

To block OTA updates, install OTADisabler from https://cydia.ichitaso.com.

If you want to unblock updates, uninstall the tweak. (Restoring RootFS won't unblock updates, but you can rejailbreak, reinstall the tweak and then uninstall it.)

The non-jailbroken profile method to block updates is currently broken, so the best you can do if unjailbroken is to disable automatic updates (both download and install) from settings.
