the whole point of these headers is to allow for more privacy than user agent

sites have to explicitly opt-in to get more info if they need more than basic stuff and that can be noticed

hell, some fingerprinting scripts would even try a bunch of common fonts and then measure the size of the div to see whether the font is installed or not

Safari now refuses to load any fonts that aren't from /System/Library/Fonts

it seems to be that they used to include it in user agent

but removed it for privacy reasons

so perhaps they could be intending to implement it in headers at some point in the future

of course, this is Apple, so on the flipside, you can use -apple-system-body to fingerprint a user by their desired system-wide font size setting
