So far I looked into possible causes for that, ensuring my iTunes is dead and trying to using different usb ports as redsn0w recommends in its error message. I also tried downgrading ios to ios 3.2 using ireb-7 but same issue occurred there - as soon as "exploiting with limera1n" prompt appeared it started to boot normally. I also ensured I enter dfu mode properly by practicing it without plugging (cuz it works when the phone is not plugged). I've made numerous attempts as well to ensure that I was indeed in dfu mode.
