I tried restoring my iPhone 4 back to iOS 7.1.2 a few days after downgrading to iOS 6.1.3 and now my iPhone 4 is only showing the iTunes logo, and when I try to restore it, It just reboots back to the iTunes logo

Finder doesn’t want to detect my iPhone so I had to use the newest version of iTunes, which didn’t help, It does the whole loading bar thing and then restarts, but it goes to the Apple logo and then to this screen

I managed to get the Exit Recovery Mode button unlocked. It didn’t work and it just prompted me to go to the Repair System Issues button which requires the pro version

After I pressed it, It rebooted the phone, then it went back to iTunes logo

Hey guys, I'm trying to downgrade my 4s to 6.1.3 without wifi as it doesn't work. So far I got cydia installed and installed "enterkdfu" since "kdfuapp" can not be found (gpg error when trying to add tihmstar's repo), but when I do "enterkdfu" in mterminal, it looks like it would work at first but then my phone doesn't get recognized by my computer anymore even though it's in dfu mode.

I managed to get into this dfu mode with futurerestore but when I enter the command for the downgrade itself, it does almost everything and then errors out for some reason:
