i got the checkmate tweak from cydia and then reloading the springboard, which lets me install "unsupported" apps on my ipad 4 (ios 10)
i just recently found out I have to "own" the app, (get the app, not install it)
and since this is first time apple experience, i dont have any owned apps, ive been told I have to use a newer device to "own" the app
i tried using itunes on windows, but there was no option even with my ipad connected up to my PC. is there any other way I can "own" a app

I tried p0sixpwn on Windows 10. Used iTunes 11.2 because 11.1.5 showed "p0sixpwn requires iTunes 9 or above". 11.2 works great. Problem is, it says "Plug in your Device to begin". Compatibility Mode with XP SP2, XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8 won't change anything.
Tried ver. 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 same result on both p0sixpwn versions.
