@magic stratus apparently the weather app on ios 6 can crash if you are on a jailbroken enviroment, so basically the fix was to download a simple tweak called "ios 6.x weather app fix"
it just replaces a simple file that makes it crash

If anyone faces the crashing weather app, this is the fix
