thanks for the tip. I ended up re-installing snowboard, snowboard UI ext, and RevaUI, to make sure it was truly disabled, etc. it looks like the snowboard UI extension just refuses to disable. i choose disable, respring, and when i go back in, it says enabled again sad

i was able to resolve by rebooting to lose jailbreak, and then re-jailbreak 😃
