The live wallpaper aspect of it makes it so that you don't "use" a typical launcher, but you still NEED the launcher to act as the homescreen. Somewhere for "icons" and "widgets" to go, etc. But usually with KLWP, you remove all icons/docks/navbars/statusbars so you only have blank screen. @steel garden
