do whatever you want. piracy is just a bad thing at all. its stealing no matter how you turn it. and it doesnt matter what you pirate - its still stealing someones work w/o paying. second issue on pirate repos is security. jb itself makes your device insecure af. installing shady tweaks not from the original dev makes it worse how the cases of m***epo showed in the past.

Thats kinda the reason why my first (and only) theme is pretty small when it comes to the grand scheme of things; i wanted to set a realistic goal in mind and not burn through a large amount of progress in a short amount of time since i could lose motivation quicker

Leaving for a bit and coming back with a fresher look on things can definitely help improve things when needed

Nowadays i really experiment with ideas for themes (i have quite a few), but i dont make too many icons for those ideas just in case i dont have the motivation for it

If you really want to go for the new set id say instead of aiming for 500, aim for smaller bits, like 50 or 100 and take it one step at a time
