It's owner (my friend) forgot it's password, and took it to Apple..
They made it worse by iTunes-restoring the device and his all data is gone now... But more worse thing is that now it's iCloud - Locked
My friend does not know the E-Mail ID and Password of the device... (Since only the first letter of the E-Mail is shown on that screen)
He had last used it before the COVID Lockdown, and thus does not remember anything...

We both tried MANY E-Mail combinations... No Luck
I tried Jailbreaking using Legacy-iOS toolkit, didn't work!
