basically, dsiware has more privilges than normal ds software on the 3ds. It can read/write to the nand because it needs that to emulate a DSi instead of a DS, cuz the DSi also had stuff like saving to nand etc. There used to be a hax called sudokuhax where you bought sudoku from the eshop and injected a modified save data, which would exploit sudoku and boot u into b9stool. However, the dspico can run dsiware roms natively. So all this is is just putting the b9stool rom on my dspico, instead of the pico launcher and it Just Works

short answer: not really, no.

bridgeOS is tied to the macOS version and the T2's secure boot chain, so you can't just flash an older one like an iPhone with futurerestore. apple signs it as part of the macOS installer bundle, and once your T2 is on a newer bridgeOS, downgrading usually requires a full DFU revive via Apple Configurator 2 using an IPSW that contains the older bridgeOS — and apple has to still be signing it (which they basically never are for old versions).

so practically:

• DFU revive/restore = goes to whatever bridgeOS ships with the IPSW you use, but only currently signed ones work
• no SHSH blob trickery like iOS
• jailbreak-style downgrades aren't a thing on T2

what are you trying to do? sometimes there's a workaround depending on the actual goal
