- Modify the native iOS screen recorder (ReplayKit)
- Record or convert screen recordings to HEVC (H.265) instead of H.264
- Option to set resolution and FPS (up to 60fps)
- Bitrate control (optional but preferred)
- Proper audio support (system audio + microphone)
- Save the final video directly to the Photos app in the “Screen Recordings” album
If direct HEVC recording is not possible:
- Then automatically convert the recorded video to HEVC in the background right after recording
- Use VideoToolbox for fast conversion with minimal quality loss
Device: iOS 16.1 (jailbroken)
Main goal: high quality video with smaller file size (HEVC)

Thursday afternoon I started to get a dull pain in my right lower quadrant, with a bit of nausea, took an anti-sickness pill and just shrugged it off.
Friday morning I wake up, the pain is much worse. Low grade fever The nausea is much worse and none of my meds are making a difference. It was agony to just poke my RLQ.
I go to my primary doctor who sends me straight to the hospital surgical ward for suspected appendicitis after looking at me for 5 minutes.
They did lab work at the hospital, and find infection markers but thats it, possibly indicitive of early appendicitis. Gave me morphine and zofran but neither did anything tbh. Booked a scan for the morning. They assumed either appendicitis or another stone.
Saturday morning the scan was clean and my blood work was the same as the day before. They poke me a bunch, listen to all my guts and chest.
Discharge me with a diagnosis of either gastro or mesenteric adenitis, gave me a box of codeine and zofran. Now I'm just chilling at home
