1. Keyboard broke. Not sure what happened but the top 2 rows just stopped responding completely unless I put insane amounts of pressure on the sides of the case. My best guess is a broken connector somewhere. I bought a new keyboard, replaced it myself. All was well
2. 3 months later the wireless card just died. fortunately it was a quick fix
3. battery replacement when it hit 60% health. easy fix
