In terms of streaming professionally, the honest answer is it's a million to one shot. Get a solid day job and make YouTube bangers to build an audience, funnel em to Twitch. The doors to organic growth from 0 to Ninja are essentially closed now. If they were open for you, with respect, you wouldn't be asking or considering paying folks.
Do it because you love it. Make friends on the platform you like. See what comes. That's the best way about it.

ofc it depends on hardware, my cpu can't handle playback at over 60-70 Mbps and it starts slowing down in MPC, VLC works fine apart from the fact that I can't view video stats in the player itself (which is a nice to have only, I admit)

You can see them as well as chat with them over you phone. There is also an indoor chime which you plug into a standard outlet.
