So people would have to have some local storage to buffer the transfer between Twitch and YouTube in that case.

It does highlight the problems that can fall upon us for trusting and relying on commercial cloud services, that they can change their terms of service and the service offerings at any point in time though. Our digital lives are too entrenched in dependency on centralized cloud services IMHO.

Aside from branding, it's the exact same hardware I have, and I have no problems at all with it. You could get a cheaper CPU, save a bit, maybe get a better GPU? But that depends on your use case whether or not that's worth it. I have an 850w PSU, but with this combination of hardware 100w won't make a difference. Someone had made a comment about not enough vram, I have not run into a single issue with that on my 4070ti and I play on 3440x1440 (21:9) @ 167hz. That res is a little more diffucult to run than 2560x1440 (16:9). And would be more than fine on 1080p . You mentioned that you mostly stick to competitive games, usually those types of games are on the easy side to run, and very well optimized. The only game this hardware "struggles" to run (that I have played) is Marvel Rivals.... but that game is a POS in the optimization dept. That game isn't hard to run, it's horrifically optimized. Outside of that, I am so content with this hardware setup so far, and won't need to upgrade for at least 5-7 years if I really didn't want to.. unless games get exponentially more difficult to run.

just sharing what works for me on windows. click and hold the window that you want in a "zone" and hit the shift key. you shoud be able to put the window in the zome you want. If you want it in more than one zone, hit shift and ctrl at the same time and drag your window to both zones. I hope this helps

My understanding is that it's the exact same engine with like a fancy graphical layer wrapped over the top. So mods that worked before that only changed behavior will still work, but mods changing anything visual will kersplode. (So...old bugs may in fact persist.)
