Agree - food cooked at home is normally best. I made a spinach, bacon, onion, mushroom, pepper jack and cheddar crustless quiche and sides of shredded tater hash browns. Took about an hour for it all but with leftovers, enough for about 3 days of breakfast for the wife and I. It's what we normally do. Cook a meal that's enough for leftovers for a few days.

In the 1990s, scroll bars in applications were like 5-6mm wide in every single application. By mid 2000s, they were closer to 3mm. Over time applications have continued to make the scroll bars smaller, auto-hide them and make them almost impossible to see, now they are like 1mm and you need a magnifying glass and your mouse set to 12000dpi to have fine grained enough control to click on the subpixel the scrollbar is at.

I've noticed lossy avif compared to jpeg mostly compresses better when there's flat areas... actually, I can get almost a third the file size for what I think is similar quality with some images!
but if the image is really complex, it's not really better than jpeg.. heck, might be worse as avif softens ever so slightly
but I did notice that heic is a touch above avif in compression efficiency for a lot of images.... I haven't tested H.266 yet for images... I don't know how... I did test it for video

people say avif is generally a bit better than heic in compression efficiency.. I didn't get those results

Dyno logged batch message deletions in other servers where I mod but those haven't had activities in months and some not even accessible to users.

Finally got my brain to brain and got the countertop set up. It doesnt look the best, and its got a bit of a bow to it on the edges, AND was sitting in the pole-barn for the better part of a decade buried…. But it was free and it works, lol

My wiring is a hack job for the moment while i design a “bus” of sorts using a 9-core audio/security cable, and some screw down terminals. As well as some internal ground loop isolators

I'm making very small computer programs and it's very cool to experiment and play with.

now i'll try to make a program that inverts any 8-bit number (so if it's 16, it will return -16) and it shouldn't take up more than a handful of bytes. Of course this is all just on a theoretical machine called a brookshear machine

16 bytes. I could probably squeeze it down to the 12-14 byte range but then it probably becomes more prone to error or difficulty reading

!ser @full fern Prior to service integration and custom browser docks, se's plugin had some merit to exist, but it was also so incredibly problematic I couldn't recommend it in good faith. If you updated obs-studio with it installed, not only did it break obs-studio, but trying to uninstall the plugin using their uninstaller also wouldn't work, you'd have to hard delete the install folder and install obs-studio by yourself, which the !ser command didn't instruct. If you tried to follow the current instructions in 2018, you'd get stuck at step 1.

2. Uninstall OBS Studio (make sure that "User Settings" is not selected)
