I already learned GIMP, so I'm biased in regards to choosing an image editor, but anything that isn't mspaint should be fine. I think body cams also have the current time with seconds, I've seen some lua/python scripts that do that.

For sure! I have a couple of UPSs, one for my puter and the husbands. We do have a generator but the damn thing won't start. I suspect it got water in the gas from some faulty gas containers we bought online. Gonna be a big project, but I'm sure we can get it done by next fall

Doesnt appear so, with x264 it only has 3 keys, with jim_nvenc selected and nothing else prior - it gets both preset and preset2.
And funny enough, changing preset changes the preset2 and not the preset. Which you'd expect. That one is still set to "ultrafast".
Maybe it's like a reminent from a past where they used words for presets instead of p1-7 - and to keep backwards compatibility they added a new key instead?

I got a promotional offer from Instacart originally that gave me 2 $30 discount coupons to try their service for 30 days non-commital, so those first 2 shopping trips had no delivery fee and just a service charge. The groceries are in-store prices, and the service charge on $800 worth of groceries was like $13-15 or so. Subtract the $30 discounts and not only did my groceries cost less than buying them in-store, but Instacart paid for some of my groceries.
Months later I wanted to use them again because they kept sending me promo emails and gave me 2x $25 off, plus a $20 discount off their annual subscription fee of $99, so I would get it for $79 instead. So I signed up and again, free delivery, low service fees that were more than covered by the discount promo coupons, they paid for some of my groceries again. Then every 2-3 months they send me another pair of coupons for $25-40 off on 2 different orders, and I do it again and again and again.

If I go to the grocery store in person, I either walk there and taxi back, or taxi both ways. Before COVID it cost me $25 CAD for a round trip in the taxi. After COVID it is more like $40-50 round trip in the taxi, so it would cost me significantly more to go get my own groceries now, plus it would use up 2+ hours of my time just to go to one store, and have to settle on the prices of some must-haves at that store rather than going to each of several stores individually. Or, pay to taxi all around town.
Instead, I just open up their search bar, type in each product one at a time, open every single store up, find the best deal and cart it. Whichever carts do not have enough product to clear the minimum order size to get free delivery, I find the next best deal from one of the other stores and fold all those products into the other stores, then submit all the orders.

Oh, there is one downside to it though too.
All the stores here in Ontario use recyclable bags by law for several years now, so each delivery comes with new recyclable bags that just get stuffed inside each other and thrown in the basement and not reused again, because they don't come to your house to pick up your own bags to recycle them. Not sure what I'm going to do with them other than hold on to them for now or give them away to anyone who needs them. Will investigate if there is another way to get them reused or recycled. Worst case, one of the grocery stores here has a huge bin at the front of the store in front of all the checkouts, where they put boxes and stuff for people to use for their groceries. I could just get someone to go drop off a bunch of them there for other people to use in the future.

I would get delivery if it were available out here. We have a grocery store about 15 minutes away, but it's a small town store that gets heavy tourist traffic. Everything is higher priced. So we make trips into the bigger town to Walmart and Kroger, using online shopping and the pickup spaces in the lot. I'll never go back to going inside grocery stores again. This county isn't known for its COVID prevention compliance so I mask everywhere public. I visit with my older neighbors frequently and am very cautious not to be a vector to them
Plus, I literally haven't been ill since Dec '19 when I had COVID. I used to get colds and flus a lot in the beforetimes

Delivering pizza can be a pretty lucrative side gig. I worked with lots of people in my day who did it after a day job several days a week. It does need to be a busy store though. The more deliveries you make the more tips. And they compensate you for mileage, are a traditional employer with the protections you get in your state. But you do have to eat a lot of shit sometimes, wear stupid polyester shirts and baseball caps. LOl
