Back in the day, that's how all streaming was done. Actually, that's how it's still done for most services outside of some of the bigger ones

That's the beauty of RTMP. You just need a URL and a stream key, and Kick provide both on their website. As for chat docks, they probably have instructions for setting them up too. OBS Studio has supported custom browser docks for quite some time now

And if you were to follow their setup guides for OBS in general you would be setting up OBS in all the wrong ways using advanced mode and setting things like ultra low latency mode in the encoder and other stupid stuff

Kick's browser docks / dashboard popout windows would automatically close when it detects you are not logged into Kick anymore. So if your login credentials change for some reason or need to be revalidated, there was a chance that the dock would trigger a Close Window command (thinking its in a web browser). This trickled up to OBS itself, force closing OBS, even when it is freshly launched

this -should- be fixed in OBS currently, since browser docks and sources shouldnt be able to close out OBS like that.

Something I've always found strange about YouTube, is when you have notifications, it puts the exact number of notifications you have in parentheses in the web page title so it shows up in browser tabs/windows like "(34) <actual title of video>", but the notification bell in the upper right of a given page will only show the accurate count up to 9 notifications. If there are more than 9, it just says "9+". Since the page already has a count of them why it doesn't show the exact count in the notification bell red count overlay is kind of bizarre to me.

I don't like the notification count in thee web page title because it gets stored in bookmarks titles unless you manually edit every single YouTube bookmark, or clear your notifications first and refresh the web page. Also, every tab containing a "(15)" or whatever, when you have a lot of tabs open all you see is that number and no part of the video title at all. But I do like to know what the total count of notifications is, and not just "9+" so I can go through all of them to open any new things that I've got notifications for and it is nice to know the total count. I got a browser addon that removes the notification count from the tab title which works great, solving the bookmark problem, but now I could have 10 notifications or 154 notifications and all the red bubble on the page shows is "9+". Ugh. YouTube.... bad UI design gods.

Wonder if I can hack the addon I have and make my own version that extracts the total notification count from the title and removes it, and then injects it into the red count bubble instead of 9+.

The output is DICOM - Digital Radiology formatting. The install is to be on the local computer or according to the vendor on a network share they users have access to. Normally we have dedicated workstations for them to burn the images / studies to a DVD but this is an edge use case where users burn things to a local burner or save to a flashdrive.

Yes, if you check a box before starting a session that tells it to turn that bit on, owo.

By default it's fairly limited and basically just amounts to "engine outs", but modded aircraft can introduce their own failures. There's an "a320nx" mod that is meant to be used to train actual a320 pilots, and it adds over 80 different kinds of failures, with properly simulated ecams, and honestly expects you to follow the real checklists, owo. You're literally expected to have a physical QRH by you.

I fly with a320nx. 'Tis fun. Even when it doesn't go wrong, since you can actually friggin' Google how to make stuff work.

Quantum travel like that is the way, but you are at a bit of a disadvantage in that you're in a small ship with a lower end quantum drive. Speed is a bell curve so it will be a little faster than it seems in the beginning, but it's still a bit of a drive

Upgrading to a faster size 1 quantum drive will help but it's intentional that moving large distances is a small time commitment

I get this issue from time to time where the whole screen gets these vertical lines (almost like scanlines) of image retention from a single frame but it only does it when I load up certain types of things on the display and if I get away from it and do something else it goes away. Really weird.

I've tried using different DP ports as well.
Either the GPU itself is somehow buggy on a hardware level, or it's something else to do with GSync perhaps or Windows or whatever.

Thankfully it's not something that lasts and is easy to make go away.

There's a newer model that replaces it for $250 now that goes up to I think 165hz or something like that
