google also lets you use slower types of storage that cost less, meant for stuff like backups and archives

first load, that depends on how good the CDN is, how good your site hosting is, etc.

second, third, fourth loads, the majority of the content that was in the first load is now cached in the browser, so the CDN doesnt really come into play as much

this is from a page on Medium, and its after I refreshed the browser. Everything is listed as cached, and has 0ms download times

whereas here is a first load from a random website i loaded up from a google search.

refreshing this random page, the results will look similar to the first screenshot. everything will have been cached, and the time to download bottoms out at 0ms

Pepper steak is normally steak cooked with peppers in a sauce and served on white rice. chinese fried rice is normally rice that is "stir-fried" with oil, seasoning and occasionally will contain peas, diced carrots and onion. If it has meat then that's added in during the cooking process.. or meat is already cooked and warmed up as the frying of the rice completes

You don't really get a big choice in what you can or can't encode with .gif if file size is a consideration. Notice also the resolution and framerate of the files, and use your imagination while I'm waiting on ffmpeg to finish 1080p10.
