Large tip most people don't realize: if a character screams a phrase really loudly (example: BEHOLD, DARK CHILD!)
They are about to use their ult. And some characters are immobile at this point so figure out the source of the yelling, and focus them down

Also Scarlet Witches take a little while to actually do their ult, so if you can, shoot them out of the sky asap. Or get quite a distance away
