Chess is so weird. I went from a pretty rough slump for the past two weeks, then yesterday I skyrocketed, I just hit a new peak and slaughtered my opponent over 100 ELO above me at my new peak.

nice. I'm around 1400-1500 on lichess in rapid, which should be like 1100 on chesscom. I've been pretty much playing only bullet lately, and I'm around 1250

10/2 or 15-0 are the perfect time controls for playing a game and also learning to play better.

This stalemate from the other day is incredible: black is winning and white plays Kh1 as a trap. If the bishop gets taken (as it did) there's a forced stalemate line for white:
