Quick tip, you need at least 1 Dendro Unit to fight/beat the new Dendro Hypostasis boss in order to get the mats from it. Already to start farming it a bit.

Yea, not worth it then to invest if they have bad sub-stats. 5-star arti’s are ofcourse better. I’ll be using 4-star one’s if they have decent sub-stats to make a full 4-piece set. While I grind for 5 star pieces. It takes forever until a decent one drops, atleast Nahida will have the correct effects with the 4-star set for the time being.

That really sucks, there should be a drop-rate in place after x-amount of resin you get a decent-useable piece. I just use my daily resin, and sometimes some fragile resin (not that often) to grind arti's, bosses etc. Because i know, it's all RNG and over time i will get something.

Usually it's the first thing i check, do i have any artifacts in my inventory to put on a brand new character, if not, i'll be grinding the artifact domain. While also doing a few runs on the boss materials. Once i got decent/superB arti's, it's a easy grind from then to level the unit and the talent's up.

What im saying it's better to use your resin for the things u can use right away, before using them on grinding artifacts since there is no guarantee to get what u need.

BiS artifacts are long term goal

Having your character and weapon level maxed + talents on top tier that's important to character also is the priority

Cause it's something u are guaranteed after using certain amout of resin

but yeh you can prefarm artifacts if that domain is available

but still no guuarantee to get what u want 😄

Yep arti domains is RNG, i only start playing a new unit when he/she reached lvl 60/70, by then i got some decent artifacts and just can farm a bit of both, boss, talent and arti (for a final build) domains.

@vale rover oh u have 23 blue pulls, u should use them on the beginner banner that one will guarantee u Noelle I think if u havent used it yet

it should require 8 pulls only instead of 10

also when it comes to artifacts at start just check mainly if u have any 4 piece sets and just equip them for the set bonus

even if its like low quality one still the set bonuses are rly nice

I think you'll be lock for level 20 on things until u get AR some bit higher I think so u unlock domains for upgrading weapons/talents and u get the bosses with materials for upgrading characters

I usually just checked F1 the handbook to see what I need to do for next rewards, did explore what I could and did quests I had

C0 Dori has been obtained thanks to the current event (for funzies might make a team with her and Nahida and two other little ones). Completed the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy event and collected everything from the event shop. Now i can farm stuff in peace again.

Made a impulsive decision to max out all her talents. Her burst was already at lvl 10. Her normal attack and elemental skill were the only one's to lvl up, they were both still lvl 8. Raiden is now fully maxed out, she deserves it .

I started playing Honkai like 10 days ago

and like I'm not giga fan of Raiden in genshin, like she's good and everything but like I have other favourites

Doing some quests to unlock the Archon Quest Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises so i can farm talent mats for Nahida. Did The Gaze from a Certain God quest, i really really REALLY loved the introduction of this character and the accompanied cut-scenes, it was just brilliant! Already in love of this character, just by the small story in the cut-scenes!

Finished the Archon Quest Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises, from beginning to end it took... 2hrs 20min's with skipping 99% of the dialogue's, i love the animated cinematic cut-scenes in any archon quest. It's just those freaking long dialogue's that always annoys me and is so time-consuming . Finally after 2+ hours i unlocked the new boss domain so i can farm level-up mats for Nahida, that's the only reason i wanted to finish this archon quest . Eventually i would have to complete it i suppose, when they release a new region to be able to travel there.

I feel ya, you can be assured this archon quest has voice lines, in case you want to start/complete it. For me it's all the same, if it has or hasn't voice lines, it's just the amount of dialogue's that is driving me insane . If the dialogue would be alot, ALOT shorter i would have no problem with it.

I've also heard that about Honkai they have a skip button, for some reason they didn't implement it in Genshin, Sadge!

i mean all archon quest got voice lines still u want to skip some of that i knw where in sometimes u cant just go next till they say complete dialogue very slow makes u wan just stop the quest but other quest like aranara which is so big no voice lines and its imp to unlock many parts or areas is such a pain

Last day of the current Spiral Abyss, wasn't sure if i would do Floor 12, since i never beat it once to collect all 9 stars. Gave it a go earlier. It was the only one i hadn't done yet this spiral rotation. Ah well , one day i get 9 stars on it.

Nice! Yea floors 9 to 11 are a always easy to clear. At floor 12, the hardest boss for me to beat has always been the Thunder Manifestation, had to retry it a few times, because a character kept dying.

Though I found that sticking close to it as often as possible prevents it from teleporting or flying away

First few try's i used Tighnari - Bennett - Ganyu - 4th spot wasn't any shield unit, dunno who it was. After failing a few times, just when't with Diluc - Bennett - Thignari - Zhongli, they got the job done.

This Goblet Glad's looks like a promising new piece for Xiao, 4th roll is meh, hoping for the others roll into the crit stats .

My first 5-star weapon at lvl 90, decided to upgrade it from lvl 80. Tighnari has become my main DPS in the open world, such a powerhouse. The only other lvl 90 (4-star) weapon is on Sucrose Sac Frag. Most of my other weapons are lvl 75 ~ 80. Ayaka's Blackcliff sword is lvl 85, always thought that one would be the first to hit lvl 90 lol.

Yea, one of my strongest builds. On the other hand after playing so long, you end up getting broken stats on the wanderer's and gladiator's sets by doing boss runs etc.

I really like how Genshin's battle pass system works, either if you buy it or not. If you play on a daily basis, you have more than enough time to max it out, wich i really find relaxing! Very rarely now i buy the BP, only if it has a cool artwork namecard.

Two new artifact sets in tomorrow's update as most of you know, Desert Pavilion Chronicle and Flower of Paradise Lost. TL;DR: Pavilion is designed for Scaramouche, other sets he can use 2x Shimenawa's Reminiscence - 2x Viridescent Venerer - 2x Gladiator's Finale. Pavilion can also be used on Xiao and Heizou. As for Flower of Paradise Lost, early math says it can do 5% to 10% more DPS dmg compared to Gilded Dreams for your Dendro reaction teams. Recommendation, it's still better to farm the Deepwood and Gilded domain than this new upcoming domain. The only reason you would farm the new domain is for the Pavilion set for Scaramouche, even then he has very good alternative sets like mentioned.

I never use the strongboxes (it's just a bigger scam, than RNG domain's ), all my bad artifacts goes into ones with decent/great sub-stats that i have or recently farmed.

The first pieces farmed of the new artifact domain, City of Gold. I'm so glad i didn't had to do any (Archon) Quest to unlock the domain! You can straight up go to it and start farming.

What teams do you guys use to beat/farm the Dendro Hypostasis if you have done it or still doing it? I'm using: Raiden - Kokomi - Fischl - Tighnari. But i feel like it could be improved to bring down the Hypostasis much faster. Or maybe it's just that the Anemo and Electro hypostasis are much easier to beat, those only take like like less than a minute.

This looks like a juicy team, will give it a go next time. I do use Kokomi's healing sometimes when fighting the Dendro Hypostasis, she is there just as a insurance, but yea i feel like she is the weak link in the team for this boss.

Kuki i don't have, and Yae is next in line to get lvl'd up after i've done with Nahida. Definitely want to give Yae also a try to fight this boss.

Then Nahida to activate the whatever they're called. Then Raiden skill to electrify the first one. So it dies quickly lol

That's my struggle in the early stages, i'll wait to use Raiden's burst untill the end, to bring it down quickly. She is pretty much useless, except her elemental skill early on.

Enjoying Beejay's team to farm the Dendro Hypostasis, feels really smooth, getting the rotation down. Getting this piece out of it, first saw the sub-stats, was like godlike, then looked at main stat .

Started leveling up these pieces from scratch for Faruzan, no idea why, don't have her C6 even, or even started to lvl her. Gave up on the Pavilion domain, farming Viridedescent again to get a good 2 piece Viridescent + 2 piece ATK % set for Wanderer. Looked at my inventory for some sub-optimal pieces i could give to Faruzan in case i wan't to pair her with Wanderer.

most Anemo unit's are kitted out, but it can always improve

I wish i could whale a tiny bit in this game for a few of my favorite characters, on the other hand i'm always happy getting new C0 units! This is my current build on Raiden Shogun for a comparison. C0 with The Catch at R5 lvl 80. Haven't farmed Emblem for a while, some small improvements are possible.
