Its the collection book. If you gather all brainrots in the default tier you get x0.5 permanent cash multiplier.
And if you gather all brainrots in lets say gold or diamond, you get an additional x0.5 cash multiplier but you also unlock the golden or diamond base you can equip

They changed it in the latest update to where you only need to gather all except 5 brainrots now, so its a bit easier.
