So, I found this staff during my run through ACT 3, and when I got to the shop it claims it sells for only 1. This must be a bug, right? This is not a bad staff, it does not cripple you in any way, so why should it sell for so little?

Not missing per se, just it's configured forr dmgAvg like everry other weapon, and that one doesn't have one, you see how it's only poison damage

I see. So even though it is a nice set of abilities, due to its damage (or lack thereof) it sells for next to nothing

I have a mod that fixes it's sell price, but i dont think you'd wanna play with a mod every time just to sell that item

It's more a mistake rather inconsequent so likely missed or so far down the fix list of previous devs they never got to it
