In this post I will go into a lot of detail regarding levelling a harbinger, general play style, some choices and options you could make and pick, with some end game options in the end. I won't go too much into this exactly the way I say it you should do (I will do a bit of it just for the super early game), the rest is down to exploration of the masteries which you can do on your own @open rock @shrewd wasp

You wanna get wave's upgrades because they reduce the CD of the wave level by level- but also spike it's energy cost, often times I skip out on the 2nd upgrade of the wave entirely
Also- the Electroburn upgrade gives you %dmg to demons so it's situationally very potent, even in act 4 legendary it matters, but the energy cost goes +18 per level- so it's rough to use that early on when the upgrade is maxed

this is usually all I need from dream for a while to level me easily
As you're approaching Typhon, I'd say something like this is good enough for a strict me me me power build, you're missing out on a few higher tier upgrades here but whether or not you stick to this build to a T is up to you, you can always just respec from the wave fully and go greedier and climb the mastery bar(s) for better stuff like Triumph and Tumult (at this point your main AoE is still dream and War Wind sometimes)

Attributes are fairly easy- it's 1:1 str/dex up until a point where I stop with dex, usually it's 425 for SBCs but can be more if you want some EE or ATL arms, or it can be less if you dont need any of those and just want some boost to OA and DA.
I prefer to not keep myself gear-locked, so even if I have to go to 420-ish dex (when I dont have any gear), having stuff like Star of Ishtar that boosts dex by 20% helps a lot (and if you were to min max it and not mind being locked into that artifact choice- then you can go less dex and only reach 425/some other amount while weaing it).
If needed, a few points here and there into mana or health are fine, although dream gives a solid amount of both so it should be fine regardless
do you use distortion wave to slow bosses or why do you take it?
oh and with upgrade it reduces armor too i see
Bosses are immune to CC effects like slow and stun, but it's just an amazing damage AoE skill that carries you for pretty much all of normal
Long enough until you get all the weapon support in warfare to take off
yeah i think i had too good weapons in bank to start with, that's why it doesn't feel so good
doing too much dmg with just autoattack
if you know what you're doing (and how to turn to always get a double hit when dual wielding melee), you can start warfare instead of dream and let yourself be carried by imba weapons you found which you can wear as early as lvl 10 or 11

only if you turn while attacking, it's really weird and only relevant in the super early game while you only have Dual Wield skilled
I dont think it has any additional effects like the procs do, it's just a tap-tap with both weapons

It's a lot harder to do while moving mind you, and you arent going to be able to pull it off in the middle of a giant pack
but on levels like 3-8 it's VERY useful on every warfare dual wield starter
To avoid this trickery, I just say start dream and let wave oneshot everything for you 🤣
