Hello, I recently bought add-ons for the game. I opened the game, it offers to create a character, but my characters are not there. Help me please. It's a shame to waste progress and time. #1034911388444917781

That's why. Don't use cloud saving with this game, it doesn't like it. Turn it off.

They might appear if you turn it off, otherwise unless you backed them up they're gone.

I turn off but it's don't work. I try import character from laptop to pc and answer result.

Interesting, the saves are in this folder but the game still doesn't see them

I copied the save several times and replaced the file and it helped

make sure the file structure is correct and it's not something like

SaveData\Main\Main that would make it so can't be read, a character would be \SaveData\Main\_Blade Caster

Make sure you don't use steam cloud either just in case it corrupts
