This was an indea that came out of my mind when I was bored at work.
The main item that started this experimental build was a cleaver named Persephones caress.
It combines statistics that really doesnt match with the purpose of the weapon. (dealing physical dmg). And it is too risky to put this weapon on elemental conversion.
So I decided to make it like a caster that will have a massive ammount of ice dmg and a large amount of health regeneration on top of that (thanks to the raw stats of the weapon).
I choose those two masteries, because I needed to use two of these weapons for maxing out dmg and health regeneration. And storm mastery for my target skill and maxing out dmg potencial even more.
It works just perfect.
I died once with this heroe and the honor has the finnal boss of the EE act. He, or it hits her with meteor and this couse her to die instantly without any mercy.
I mainly dealt in around 3500 dmg per Ice shard under the efect of my wisp and squal. Without it I dealt 1500 ice dmg + frozebite.
But the ice dmg over time was more stronger then the base ice dmg. On targets that were imune to my ice attacks I used skills from rune mastery: seal of fate, rune mines.
