Don't need Psonic Touch if you're using Ternion and I'd drop Phantom Strike too. Can't see that being much use when you're mostly a ranged character.

I almost do no damage to the hunters on level 35 and I am level 41, any solutions?

Well, that's because you invested a lot of point into the lich instead of in yourself.

Your mistake would be going too hard into liche and base Life drain- I dont think you need so much of those. Those cost you your own power- like climbing the dream bar for more HP mana and skills, and Ternion's upgrade which makes it super strong. Also a big damage and energy boost at the cost of a bit of health, with Dark Covenant.
Lich is pretty strong for pet builds, not so much for yourself at this point. Potentially he's super good with his big RR attack, but you wont be getting good use out of it for now.
Also you dont have a vitality damage staff, that would increase your damage against everything that isnt a construct (and a few undead).
Also if u dont have atlantis, dont bother with Psionic Touch
Oh and as you might've noticed, Phantom Strike doesnt work with ranged weapons, and distortion wave is all physical damage, so both of those are fairly useless to you. (Wave could be useful later, but it depends- it's slow is good if it's maxed)

Also keep farming Typhon, he can drop Kirin for you, Kirin is a very good vitality damage staff, that will help a lot
