Hey @river lantern you'd have to use widget URLs and filter the URL out depending on each browser source. So one alert box widget URL can be only donations and the other can be for everything else. The filter option is on https://streamlabs.com/dashboard > alert box > widget URL > filter on the right

If you're referring to variations being different sizes this wouldn't be possible unless you size the image itself to be bigger then the rest. You'd need to go a bit beyond what tools we have and be a bit creative to size these how you want it to be

Commands for Cloudbot? Everything shown in Streamlabs Dashboard when you're on the Youtube platform (you can switch top right to Youtube) will be the commands available basically. Everything under default and variables if you want to add custom commands

Has anyone had any issues streaming Hogwarts? Streamlabs kept freezing on me (seemed to be anytime I entered a menu in the game) upload speed is 40 mbs all graphics were set to medium presets. Have a 3060 TI that should handle it pretty easily. Yet I keep freezing. Anyone having these issues?

Hi @shrewd finch In my first comment, I was attempting to log in through my laptop, I tried again on my phone by going to #known-issues , there was a link, I clicked on it and it brought me to the same StreamLabs log in as the one on my laptop. The weird thing is, I was able to get logged in on my phone. I tried the link in #known-issues again through my laptop, but I ran into the same issue as in my first comment. Idk if this information helps identify the problem but I wanted you all to know.

It's that on twitch? 936p is highly unusual format and twitch doesn't like when streaming bitrate goes over 6k even for a second.

I'd recommend changing the output to 720p and 5.5k, this way you ensure there's no reencoding happening on the twitch side.

Yesterday Streamlabs was working fine for me; however, everytime I have started Streamlabs today, it is prompting me to setup it up. I go through the process of setting it up again and associate it with my Twitch account and it works fine. But when I close it out and open it up later it repeats the setup process again. Has something changed recently that is causing this?

So apparently power director isn't allowing me to use any file type besides .pds, does anyone have any suggestions on video editing apps I can use to for example combined 2 clips into one clip that was recorded off stream not on a stream? a lot of people use davinci resolve. however i'm not sure what you mean by Streamlabs Desktop can't do that. In highlighter you can upload your clips that are on your computer and then drag them around accordingly, add transitions, etc. https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/introducing-highlighter-a-free-video-editing-tool-for-streamlabs-desktop

Just not really sure what exactly you need to edit. If it's just combining two things, then bam that works. If it's a little more than that then maybe not

what is the ticket number? (nvm i found it)then i can share that info with them just in case they forgot. But in general highlighter can only add transitions, add music, and adjust clip sizes. it can't do like color alteration, etc

Hi, I am having an issue with twitch app, so I stream with streamlab of course, I was normally used to monitor the stream chat with Twitch app and while using it, it was always on the display, active. Now, after a while the phone screen gets off, so I can’t actively keep an eye on the stream. Previously the app was not turning off, don’t know what changed. Can someone help?

Chatbot more so than Cloudbot. Both have counters. With Cloudbot, the counter can be incremented or decremented and displayed in chat only. In Chatbot, only the streamer or a moderator can increment or decrement the counter and it provides the result in a text file that you can then use as a source.

FYI: Chatbot is a separate download and install for Windows only and only works with Twitch or YouTube.

Low bitrate is mostly caused by bad connection, but it can also be caused by encoding overloading.

Check the CPU/GPU usage

Hi guys A quick bit of advice needed! I had a issue tonight where I could not multistream to facebook. If I set the stream to FB only it would work fine but as soon as I added Twitch and Youtube it wouldn't go live on FB no issues with the other sites and no error regarding Fb not going live!! Have you ever used Streamlabs before? If not, log in with your YouTube account in Streamlabs Desktop and that will get things setup for you. Or you can login at the Streamlabs web site using your YouTube channel.
