MSFS 2020 is a resource hog, which is why most (including myself when I used to) stream it with 2 PCs. The only real way I found to help out was to turn off real world flight data, and real world weather, basically do everything offline and also stream at a lower quality. That managed to bring it down to manageable at least, but airports are always the worst for lag. I don't think they are optimized very well.

I don't have a console so I'm not familiar with that setup. There might be an option on the properties for the video capture source that might help.

I got a new carrier, first two weeks of streaming /no issues/ then I messed with stream labs in what way I can't remember I think setting 3.5 ->4 ->5 >4 ->3.5 ->5 -4> or somethign mbps and different ingest servers sf/san jo/la. @desert briar That would be usually due to Youtube subscribers hiding their subscriptions. You can sub privately to a Youtube channel and it wouldn't show an event or produce an alert. It's entirely up to the user subscribing but would be the reason why you only saw 1 but not the rest

Yo guys, after researching a bit it seems that streamlabs is supposed to automatically backup everything i got for settings and all in there? So if i reinstall my pc, when i download streamlabs, i just sign in and i get everything back? 😄

And make sure the option at Settings -> Scene Collections is not checked. If that option is checked, the you data won’t be backed up. 😉

Hi all can anyone shed some light on some issues I am having please?? I am streaming from a xbox one and also have a tablet so I can read chat ect... I also have the streamlabs console account But can't seem to have the !so command or many others I have tried to set up? I mean, it depends on the type of content that you are making. So for example, when I first started I already had my computer built. It was a budget PC (~$500, rip those days) but I was building it not for the streaming aspect but for the gaming aspect. Then decided to stream later. Had no webcam, bought a $30 snowball on sale, and streamed. I got some following and eventually started adding new stuff > upgrading.

Now I have a BUNCH of stuff and don't even stream anymore LUL However, the big thing about streaming isn't all the fancy bells and whistles unless that is what your content revolves around. But, the key point is that it revolves around the content.

I'm 100% behind the physical slider as well LUL I personally have never owned a GoXLR. There are members of the team that have one and love it. I've had a few different mixers (I was a former music teacher) so I have particular preferences. But the GoXLR isn't the only mixer available, but it may be one of the easier barriers of entry into the world of mixers

Dear all, I have a Q about streaming my iPad to Twitch via Streamlabs.

I have free versions of both Twitch and Streamlabs on my iPadPro 2018.

I did a stream to Twitch (1st ever) noticed that it capped at 720p

The iPad screen is obviously well above that. Is there a reason I was limited to 720p?

Hey there, I had streamlabs working perfectly for a couple live YouTube recordings but then when I tried to record a 3rd time, the audio stopped recording.

ok ive watched the setup video i have youtube set up ive also included the youtube code so that 1 sees the other and if i click go live it says on youtube im live. so thats great but i do not want to stream a previously made video nor do i need to edit one first but i have a program that streams from my 3d printer (octoeverywhere) this has a live link i can copy to wherever i want to stream like here for example. But where on streamlabs do i link my stream to streamlabs for it to publish to youtube. I also have a bar come up saying are you still watching even tho i paid for a supporter role with unlimited streaming. ?????????

I have been affiliated and streamed for at least the last 1.5, 2 years

as of yesterday, only my last 3 streams show on my profile. None of my playlists, saved videos, highlights, or clips are there anymore. Twitches response was "all videos get deleted after 14 days now" however I was under the impression highlights and clips would stay.

Long story short, i have 7 playlists, and play different games and have literally streamed 3 of those games A LOT within the last week and nothing shows except the last 3 days, anyone else have any weird issues like this?

I usually highlight or clip when something funny happens, or its a really close game and ALL of it is gone. Literally only shows everything I have broadcasted since Saturday night. 😦

Highlights and clips are supposed to save permanently right? I know past broadcasts is like 14 days unless this and that. But 4 days ago, highlighted.... being gone. Does that sound weird to anyone or did they change something? Literally had comments and a video from Battlefield 2042 i streamed and posted 6 months ago shared on our discord yesterday and its gone......

I think they messed something up to be honest. The support ticket I opened came back with the generic 14 days this, 60 days that, but that doesn't explain the actual removal of EVERYTHING i have ever done!

Interesting thing I found, when youtube streaming, you can't add the game your streaming when setting up the broadcast, you need to add it after in the dashboard. Is this something that may be coming in a future update?

That should be in there. Click the toggle at the bottom ‘Show additional settings’ I think it says.

Is anyone having issues with elgato not showing up on streamlabs desktop? ive checked all my cords and everyhting is plugged in correct but the source just wont show... its getting passthrough as my ps5 is playing on the TV... just wont connect on the source? It can see the elgato and when i unplug the elgato from my mac it loses video on the tv show the tv signal has been cut but when i plug it elgato back in it flashes white twice then red once showing its not connected

Dock the switch and select hdmi audio for the capture card. Maybe ask the Streamlabs team in #support-info as this is a just chatting channel. They can usually help fast there.
