You can always download clips to your computer and then upload them to crossclip instead of using the URL

That means I'd have to download my entire live video to my computer, cut the clip out using Davinci Resolve, then upload it to CrossClip, lol. That defeats the purpose of using CrossClip.

Hey @knotty ocean at the moment the camera rotation isn't preventable. The reason for this is if you lock your camera to lets say portrait and turn your phone sideways to landscape but the camera doesn't rotate you're going to have a distorted image when streaming

Same thing for landscape, if you switched to portrait and locked the camera the image would be almost 90 degress off

My issue is, when I'm streaming sometimes the cab wobbles a bit (old arcade cabs) and it goes into portrait mode and ruins the stream.

Streamlabs Desktop releases are rolled out in stages. When you launch Streamlabs Desktop, it checks to see if there is an update for you and if its your time, it will update. You can always download a fresh installer from the Streamlabs web site. I'm not sure though right now, that that installer has been updated to 1.12.3.

I sporadically get a blue screen when launching Streamlabs, pc could’ve been on for hours or 2 mins, doesn’t seem to make a difference, launch SL and it comes up Kernel_mode_heap_corruption. I’ve tried a fresh install of SL, I’ve updated all my drivers (uninstalled the old GFX drivers too) the only thing I’ve not tried but can’t see that it would help@is a fresh windows install. Although the blue screen is mildly annoying, what’s more frustrating is that for some reason it seems to cause an issue with my stream deck and I have to go through all the commands on it and refresh them for it to all work and occasionally when it does it, it resets the streamlabs settings such as output FPS, sound bitrate and video output scale

So Ive been fighting with widgets for a day, and I cant figure out why it is I can hear my alerts and pando, but I literally cannot see any of my widgets. Hi there! I meant to reply here earlier - my apologies! The recent update of Streamlabs Desktop caused this issue, and we have rolled back to the previous version on the website. I would recommend going to streamlabs.com and installing the previous version > it should roll you back to 1.11.2. If that doesn't help after rolling back, please reach out in #support-info. We've been able to get things back to working okay in those cases. KevThumbsUP

Good morning I have couple of questions: back in May I bought the subscription to the stream lab so I can live stream the wedding of my daughter. I am not a member anymore since I don’t really need the app. I was happy i did used it . First question: unfortunately at the time I didn’t know much so some of the videos that are housed already in the YouTube are some portrait and some landscape. Again unfortunately at that time I didn’t know much so some of the videos are in portrait mode that I dislike since I lost a lot of information ( even though the phone was on landscape position) I know now it’s too late!! What editing video software are you recommending to get rid of the vertical bars without sacrificing resolution ? And second since the videos are housed in YouTube what extension format are they ? Your help will be highly appreciated since I am totally unfamiliar with the the environment. Also please keep in mind that I am using Mac . Lastly how do I take the videos from YouTube and edit them ? So I can save in such a format to give them to my daughter as a gift? Again thank you very much in advance .

Yeah the only thing I found within the StreamLabs app which runs on my iPad is that you carnt actually programe like on my pc I call them (HotKeys) so say for instance I want SpeechChat I press G5 but there’s no way to add it onto the controller

@charred sequoia i do apologize. Voicemeeter can be complicated! we do have an update coming out soon that will include being able to separate audio within Streamlabs Desktop itself, so i think that will help once it's released KevHeart

Holy CRAP! i got twitch soundtrack to actually WORK with streamlabs!

i clicked and puttzed around and around and around and i finally got it to work

i reinstalled the 'app' But deleted the .dll from the slobs plug in so it would play like any other "media player" on my desk top....... then i set Twitch VOD to channel 6..... then on my desktop audio and other audio for my mic etc i had them all set to 1 & 6 Except for the desktop audio.... i had that set to 1 only..... and hit play on twitch soundtrack and it played then started my stream to test ....and viola it worked!

having an issue and not sure how to handle it, put in a ticket, but someone here may know. What does "Failed to initialize module 'aja-output-ui.dll'" in our stream logs means? It's preventing me from streaming from OBS & Streamlabs. These services run normally, but there is no stream happening on Twitch. I have verified account by unconnecting and reconnnecting. Uninstalling, and re-installing OBS & Streamlabs, reset stream key, ensured internet connection is good, etc

@jolly pine I was able to figure out twitch's soundtrack yesterday MM. I actually was able to get it to work WITH slobs.... i cant believe it. It is a work around but works PERFECT.... I had to reinstall the soundtrack app, BUT what i did was deleted the plugin dill from the appdata folder. I found out that the soundtrack app is hard coded to send to track 6 in slobs/obs. So even though it plays on the desktop audio it doesnt actually send the music to twitch's vods if you uncheck the 6th track....So i had to set up my audio like this

Mic >> Audio 100...👁️ Stream tracks 1 & 6 highlighted. Rec. Tracks 1 & 6 highlighted
Desktop audio 100 👁️ Stream tracks 1 only highlighted Rec. tracks 1 only highlighted
all other plugins such as Background (gifs/mov files) pet panels stickers etc Both 1&6 highlighted in both stream tracks and rec tracks

The soundtrack app will still have a lil error that pops up that says it "cant" or "is having trouble connecting to" Slobs/obs when you delete the dill from the app data folder but ignore it cause it doesnt matter as your essentially just using the app as a "stand alone player" and it works.
