I am just curious if there is any where on here to actually talk to someone from Streamlabs? I ordered some Merch to use for givaways during my live streams. They sent me a message that there is a problem with my order and to click on the link in the email to respond. It then takes to a page that has things on it that absolutely nothing to do with what they sent me the email about. It's like running in circles. Then here on Discord there are no links to contact them so that I can actually find out what is going on.

Streamlabs doesn't have your passwords and cannot steal your Google account. It sounds like someone connected your Google account to their Streamlabs account or is running a scam pretending to be us. @lunar drum you could try building a following on TikTok, that is a good way to drive traffic to twitch, or even just to stream on TikTok. Their discoverability is really good! I was in the same boat, then developed a following on TikTok first and now I stream there and on twitch 🙂

@lunar drum first, you have to get 1k followers on TikTok to go live. You can only use the phone camera or a phone screen capture to go live - TikTok doesn’t give out a stream key until you get a lot bigger

But yes, I use my phone cam for some streams and I multistream to twitch as well 🙂

Honestly I don’t, I didn’t do that on my account. I would suggest to start by posting content that is in your niche - the algorithm will push your videos out to that niche, and those ppl are more likely to follow you. I posted 2-3 times a day for about a month and I had some videos hit big luckily
