I want to start out with streaming, and one of the reasons I picked streamlabs was so I could pay for ultra and get multistream, However, no matter which payment method I use, it simply does not go through. I've got an international visa credit card, a paypal and an amazonpay account, and none of them go through. At first, I suspected that it might be that streamlabs simply does not have support for payments from india, but I don't think that's possible, considering it's a popular and well established service. I am contacting you because I have encountered a technical issue with my account. My video has been processing for over 6 hours now, even though the system initially estimated it would only take 19 minutes.

Another mod who has access made alerts through streamlabs for a streamer I mod for and it’s hit or miss of alerts showing up, like a gifted sub alert might appear but the one for 100 bits won’t either. they all appear when testing them but not when someone actually does it. even on the streamlabs dashboard that appears on OBS to see events, it’s not saying someone cheered bits

When I try to go live, the process gets stuck on "Start Video Transmission". My internet is 500Mbpsdown, 50Mbpsup and stable, This is a dedicated streaming mini PC (Geekom A5 Ryzen 7 5825U, 16GB DDR4), The only things running on it are SLOBS, Spotify and Discord and yes I have tried it with nothing running too, I've tried relogging, restarting, yes SLOBS is ran as administrator, I reinstalled Microsoft C++ Redistributables for 2022. so, whenever i try to stream (using the streamlabs plugin for OBS) i get this error:

Please click below to restart the plugin."
restarting doesn't work. i tried updating OBS, which didnt work. i tried reinstalling the plugin, which didnt work either. i tried to empty the plugins cache, didnt work. i tried logging out and back into streamlabs. you can guess how that went.

does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? at first i thought this was related to the current issue in #known-issues, but that error occurs when closing the app, not starting a stream.

Hey guys, first time trying the Intelligent Streaming Agent and I can’t get the Co-Host to respond.

Here’s my setup:

Co-Host tab:

Mode: Voice
Push-to-talk enabled (bound to a hotkey)
Input device: my headset

Settings tab:

Intelligent Streaming Agent: Enabled
Active Game Process: Call of Duty

Both Streamlabs and the game are running as admin.

Issue:
When I press my push-to-talk key and say something like
“Hey, will I win this game?”
I don’t get any response from the AI.

Question:
Does the AI require a wake word, or is there something else I need to enable for voice interaction?

Any help would be appreciated.

When banning a tipper, it always also bans the IP -- but the IP ban is extremely broad, and will block entire ISPs. IP bans these days are useless (given VPNs), so just blocking the email address (for paypal, for example) should suffice.

Is there a way to remove the IP-based bans in the banned tippers list? There doesn't seem to be a way to edit the ban list at all, in fact?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been streaming on YouTube regularly using Streamlabs Desktop for the past few months. Streaming itself works perfectly fine, but I’m facing an issue with the built-in YouTube chat dock.

Whenever I start streaming, the YouTube chat panel appears on the right side, but it shows a “Sign In” button. When I click it, Streamlabs opens my browser and lets me access/chat through the browser, but the chat still doesn’t work directly inside the Streamlabs application.

I previously used OBS Studio but had recurring “No Data” issues, so I switched to Streamlabs and everything else has been stable since then.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there any workaround or fix so I can use YouTube chat seamlessly within Streamlabs itself instead of relying on the browser?

If I stream to Twitch at 1080p60 but use the Bicubic downscale filter to make my TikTok stream 720p60 in Streamlabs multistream, does that basically use less bitrate/bandwidth and help keep my stream more stable on my 13 Mbps upload?
