I and many others always have wanted to pin certain things in out creators corners!
That being art, creations, or lore!

I and others have problems with showcasing where things are in the lots of messages threads have! I am sure this is also a problem for other people.
Not being able to pin key details in the threads.

My idea is that we are allowed to pin things in our creators corner!

A example I can give is when someone cannot find a specific message which relates to the story!

This can cause issues, making people confused

It can in general also be good for organizing threads

Unfortunately it needs the manage message permission and while possible to do it per channel/forum it would be a lot of retroactive modifications

I think you can only assign a role or person to it, but that would still apply for every thread in that channel

Another way is by asking a admin, but at that point QS would need a team that just pins stuff, and it is quite a waste of resources

an idea is that if we do this, we would allow everyone to manage pins and we make a rule section in #1101168449855684678 regarding pins and when they are usable

While I am writing this at a angle of good, this can be used negativly, for example raiding a pinning random messages in a thread as a way of harrasment

But I suppose that this could be deflected via QCOD reporting and how QSOC is monitering threads

Plus it is easily reversable

you can add commands to messages

when a user clicks a "Pin thread message" command, the bot will check if the user owns the thread and pin it if that checks out

if they don't then an error would be thrown to the user
