#Prohibit texting and driving in QSP, and modify Rule 2 to disallow NSFL/Life Threatening Activities

Suggestion:

It appears that some people are not smart enough to enact self preservation, and as a community we shouldn't promote that. I've seen more than a few people now post pictures or videos of them in QSP while they are driving, sometimes going excessively fast down the road too. A lot of our members are young and have impressionable minds, and we shouldn't be promoting this behavior, or allowing people to partake in it. I think in order to discourage this behavior, this infraction should fall under rule 2, with rule 2 modified to include NSFL content, which includes dangerous life threatening activities.

Notes: Some people never learn, and we unfortunately cannot change that. However we should try to avoid people's bad behavior from rubbing off on others. Some people may call me silly, but I think it's a very serious thing if people are putting their own and others lives at risk just to try and get a couple of people on the internet to think they're cool.

Another note: "Report this activity to QSOC bruh" listen I would but there's nothing to prohibit it. All I'm going to get is just an answer saying "sorry they're not breaking any rules, can't do anything shrug". It's really not possible to report something to QSOC if they're not violating any specific rule.

Also it's not a pain to moderate, if someone posts a picture of themselves driving, then that's an infraction

If there's no way to know if they're in the car or not cause they're text only, then they don't get moderated, simple as that

My point here is

Would you allow a video of someone doing something wickedly dangerous, like say, lighting a large explosive and running?

No, you wouldn't, cause that's dangerous and we don't want to encourage that behavior

Texting and driving is just as dangerous, and the same thing applies with the other example, if they find it neat, then they can fuck around and find out. But we wouldn't let them post that in our server. Therefore we should not be allowing depictions of texting and driving, because it's just as dangerous and just like my example puts themselves and others in danger.

It doesn't need a rule change, as this is already covered by the Discord ToS, since it's normally against to law to use your phone while driving, let alone driving faster than the speed limit. Additionally, this is very much outside of our control and other than giving them warnings and deleting the content, we can't do much about this.
