Notes: this is a fun way to express your feelings for what ever rank you want to rate, or can also help developers improve that rank that makes it better for the community.

Example:

Discord username: (not really necessary)
Rank or choice: Corporate
Rating: 5 (out of 5)
Reason: (explain a reason for the rating) corporate is a great role for many to expand their experience in QSERF and to make a better change in the community.

and there are ways to give constructive feedback that are more efficient than a "rank review channel" to QAC already
